We are open Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-5:00PM CST, Closing From 12:00PM-1:00PM for lunch and Friday 9:00AM - 12:00PM CST

What Payment Options Does Turbo Repair Accept?

Credit card terms:

We do accept all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express, however, we do have very strict rules regarding credit card charges and shipping.

1.)Shipping - All items must be shipped to the person and the address that are listed with that credit card issuer. We will only make considerations for repeat customers. If you must have an item shipped to another address, please contact your CC company and have the address added as an "alternate" or "secondary" shipping address.

2.)If your name isn't on the card you wish to use, we cannot accept it. The billing address for your credit card must also be your shipping address.

3.)When ordering by CC - please be sure that we have a valid phone number on file where we can reach you 24 hours a day. Should we have a problem with your credit card, we need to be able to contact you to rectify the problem.

4.)First Time Purchasers - each new customer will be required to fill out our New Customer Authorization Form for any credit card charges. You will also be required to send a copy of your State Issued ID as well as a copy of the front and back of the credit card for verification. Our New Customer Authorization Form will be emailed to you after placing your order with a sales person or through our website.

5.)To all of our honest customers - We apologize for the restrictions; however, it is necessary for our protection as well as yours. We greatly appreciate your understanding and will continue to do our best for our valued customers.

PayPal - We gladly accept PayPal, however, the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.

What Are The Turbo Repair Return Policies And Terms?

All prices are subject to change.
Turbo Repair is not responsible for mis-prints, including pricing or specifications.
Turbo Repair reserves the right to refuse sale of any product.

Returns will only be authorized up to 15 days after receipt of item.

All returns must be approved, an RMA will be issued to you for your return. RMA must be clearly written on exterior of package and included inside the package as well.

All returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee, naturally some exceptions are available on a case by case basis.

Your item must be returned unused and in the original packaging material

There are no returns on special orders, an example would be a custom built turbo

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges

What Are The Policies Turbo Repair Use For Shipping?

Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges on their packages. Packages being shipped within the State of Alabama will be subject to a 9% sales tax. If you have a resale license for the State of Alabama to sell parts, a resale card must be on file before the order is placed and tax can not be taken off after the order is placed. Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required (i.e. after a turbo is received, the customer must pay to ship the core back).

***We do have a "Will-Call" facility for customers to pick-up their parts. Please call us to place your order and make arrangements to pick up your order at the front office.

At this time we only offer FedEx for all of our shipping. Orders usually arrive in 1 to 6 days after the package(s) have left our facilities, however it may take up to 10 working days. If an email has been provided, FedEx will email the tracking number once it has been produced.

For repeat customers only: If you need your parts quicker, we offer upgraded FedEx shipping for an additional fee. You may select Standard Overnight, 2 Day, or Express Saver (3 Day) Air service, but you must call to place your order. All upgraded shipping services will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card on file.

We do not guarantee any shipping times for ANY deliveries and no refunds will be given on shipping charges
All payments must be made before an order can ship. If you wish to pay via money order, cashiers check or personal check, this is no problem, but the funds must clear the bank before any items are shipped.

Turbo Repair ships via FedEx exclusively.

What Is The Warranty On My Turbo From Turbo Repair?

Turbochargers are warranted to the original purchaser for 1 calendar year. Please use recommended engine oil by the manufacturer, changed whenever needed or every 2,500 miles maximum. Turbochargers subjected to oil or air contamination, oil starvation, neglect, overspeed, overboost, overheating, misuse or installation error will not be warranted. Turbo Repair reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion; parts availability usually determines the outcome to this situation. Use of Teflon tape or silicone in the oil feed fitting will void warranty. By Purchasing a turbocharger from Turbo Repair LLC, you have agreed to all terms and conditions, herein.

What Turbochargers Does Turbo Repair Service?

Garrett, BorgWarner, WORK turbochargers are all fully serviceable

Precision turbo, Turbonectics, and any custom built products not built by us must be inspected before we can guarantee any type of service is possible. There are reasons for this - in many circumstances internal components have been machined or altered to a non-serviceable condition or there is an issue with availability of parts.

What Happens When I Ship My Turbo To Turbo Repair?

Typically on the same day we receive your turbo it will be unboxed, visually inspected, and we will call you before your turbo is disassembled. The nature of service must be discussed and agreed by both parties before any service is performed.

A $40 inspection fee will be applied to any incoming turbochargers before any service, this applies only if you elect NOT to get the turbo repaired. For any repair/rebuild service that is performed there is NO inspection fee applied in any way.

How Should I pack And Box My Turbo For Shipping?

 For small turbochargers up to 25 pounds, package in a box with at least 4" of sturdy packing material surrounding the unit. For larger turbochargers, utilize 2 boxes, with the second box being at least 2" larger in all dimensions.  Please use UPS or FedEx for your shipping if possible and make sure it is insured for the full replacement value just in case of damage or loss during shipping. Please include paper work providing the reason for shipping in your turbocharger along with all your contact information.

Will Turbo Repair Install My Turbo For Me?

No, we do not provide installation services at this time. If you are local in the Birmingham, AL area we can provide a few shops that can help you with installation. You can also refer to our Turbocharger Installation Page for more information on installation.
